Trulli not well in Japan

(GMM) Jarno Trulli sat out a Toyota media event in Tokyo on Tuesday but his team boss believes the Italian will be fit for the weekend's Japanese grand prix action at Suzuka.

The AP news agency said the 35-year-old is suffering from a fever picked up in Singapore last weekend.

"We wanted him to take it easy," said Tadashi Yamashina, adding that Trulli is scheduled to be at another event in Nagoya on Wednesday.
