Hamilton leads Mercedes 1-2 in final Emirates GP practice

The story is the same every week, every session – Mercedes 1-2. In final practice for the Emirates GP at Silverstone Lewis Hamilton's lap of 1m26.621s beat his Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas by 0.163s.

No one else has a chance.

Lando Norris was third quick for McLaren 0.581s behind, despite setting his quickest time on the medium compound tire, while the two 'pink; Mercedes rounded out the top-5, Nico Hulkenberg just nipping Lance Stroll.

Charles Leclerc was 6th for Ferrari 0.707s behind but ahead of Max Verstappen and Alex Albon in 7th and 8th for Red Bull.

Esteban Ocon and Carlos Sainz Jr' rounded out the top-10.

Next up is qualifying where it will be another Mercedes 1-2.
