Fans may be allowed to attend Charlotte Motor Speedway race weekend

FOX Sports reporter Bob Pockrass reports that North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper’s allowance on 7% stadium capacity beginning October 2, means that the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL race weekend may see up to 6,000 people.
