Las Vegas Motor Speedway still waiting for decision on fans

Las Vegas Motor Speedway President Chris Powell released a statement on the track’s social media on Monday, explaining that the facility has submitted a plan, but has not yet received approval by state and local officials for fans to attend the March races.
