NASCAR proposes big development adjacent to Talladega

NASCAR is proposing a new three-million-square-foot business park adjacent to Talladega Superspeedway as part of its partnership with real estate developer Hillwood.

Located along Speedway Boulevard off Interstate 20 in Lincoln, Alabama, the site sits near the Honda Manufacturing facility and Talladega Municipal Airport. Other nearby companies include FedEx Ground.
