Skip Barber Racing School announces membership program

Skip Barber Racing School has launched its first-ever Membership Program, providing exclusive benefits and event access and uniting one of the largest worldwide racing communities.

Members can access Paddock passes at Skip Barber race weekends, Hot Laps with SBRS instructors at iconic tracks as well as a private Buy/Sell/Trade community and special member access to the SBRS Karting Academy. Member levels will be invited to Skip Barber Alumni weekends held at iconic tracks around the country. The weekend events will showcase all of the SBRS driving programs, its celebrity alumni, fun lifestyle, and driving activities for all family members. Member kits will include limited edition annual collectibles including a Founding Member ballcap, lanyard, pin, decals, and more.

Skip Barber provides over 200 instructional days each year and hosts more than 10,000 students at every skill level. Its alumni have taken podiums in every facet of motorsports and include Helio Castroneves, Josef Newgarden, Sarah Fisher, Danica Patrick, Lyn St James, and Juan Pablo Montoya. Skip Barber provides racing and driving schools in addition to corporate private events.

The Member program is part of a multi-year business expansion plan which also includes the Fall 2021 opening of a 40,000 square-foot indoor go-karting facility at America’s Dream Mall in Bergen County, NJ. Special karting memberships for both competitive and recreational karting will kick off in late summer.

Paddock Member — participate in a private online community to buy/sell/trade, access event information, and chat with other SBRS community members. Dial in your track skills with our private YouTube channel. Receive advance notice of private events, driving and racing program discounts and Brand Partner discounts. Go e-racing against other SBRS Alums.

Pit Lane Member — all the benefits of a Paddock Member, but take it up a level: access to the inaugural 2022 Skip Barber Alumni Weekend event, the opportunity for two Hot Laps with our professional instructors on a track of your choosing, one complimentary karting session at Skip Barber Karting Academy at American Dream Mall, and the opportunity for paddock access to a Skip Barber Racing Series event of your choice.

Pit Crew (Family) Membership — keep your passion for driving in the family with a Pit Lane Membership. Two adult Pit Lane Memberships and one Minor Membership are included. Triple the fun with three Paddock passes, three e-Racing Series passes, three hot laps and family access to Skip Barber Alumni Weekend events. Add paddock access to a Skip Barber Racing Series and the Skip Barber Race Team event of your choice. Additional minor memberships can be added to your Pit Crew for a small additional fee.
