Indy Lights: DeFrancesco fastest in Gateway test
Andretti Steinbrenner Autosport driver Devlin DeFrancesco topped an Indy Lights group test at Gateway this week, ahead of a race on the oval coming up.
DeFrancesco was fastest on both days of the test, setting a 156.218mph benchmark pace on the first day that was 0.0004 seconds than points-leading Andretti driver Kyle Kirkwood.
DeFrancesco improved on the second day to a 28.5498s lap, equivalent to 157.619mph, to beat Linus Lundqvist. Kirkwood had to settle for 3rd.
