NASCAR: Chase Elliott to start from rear in Texas

Chase Elliott’s #9 Hendrick Chevy failed inspection twice at Texas Motor Speedway, and hence will start from the back for today’s NASCAR Cup race.

All other cars still in the playoffs passed after 1 fail. Martin Truex’s #19 JGR Toyota passed on the first try.
