IndyCar: Monday test at TMS cancelled due to cold weather

The 2nd planned IndyCar test at Texas Motor Speedway was cancelled Monday due to cold temperatures – too cold for the Firestone tires to build temperature on an oval.

If it was a road course, they would have been able to test, but it was too dangerous to test in those conditions on a high-speed oval.
