F1 signs deal with PriceWaterhouseCoopers - PwC

Formula 1 News: Series signs Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC)

Formula 1 has announced professional services firm PwC (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) as its Official Consulting Partner with the partnership beginning from the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2025 this coming weekend.

The multi-year agreement, which connects two organizations focused on delivering high performance in complex environments, will see PwC benefit from a range of access to the sport, including signage at select races and the opportunity to host clients and stakeholders at Grands Prix throughout the season.

As part of the agreement, the London-based tax consultancy giant, which is part of the Big 4 Consulting firms worldwide, PwC will also provide strategic consulting to Formula 1 across key areas of its global business to help enhance performance and the sport’s drive for operational excellence.

Knowing that F1’s commercial side has its arms stretched into complex deals with partners, race promoters, and teams, PwC’s role in streamlining their overall processes to deal with these various stakeholders could go a long way for Liberty Media.

Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer of Formula 1, said:

“As two brands founded upon the need to solve complex problems at the highest level, partnering with PwC is a natural fit for Formula 1. Their consultancy expertise will support our complex and evolving business as we look to innovate and continue our global growth, and our global platform will enable them to bring their business to our millions of fans, both at events and watching at home.”

Paul Griggs, PwC US Senior Partner, said:

“Formula 1 represents the kind of high-performance environment where strategy, speed and innovation converge — and that’s where PwC thrives. As we work alongside F1’s team, we see an incredible opportunity to support them in their drive to the leading edge, bringing additional innovative thinking to complex challenges — helping them shape their future across an ever-changing global landscape.”
