IndyCar News: Larson wads up his IndyCar on Fast Friday at Indy
Kyle Larson lost control during Fast Friday practice for the Indy 500, spinning into the wall and causing significant damage to the nose of his No. 17 Chevrolet.
Larson, who thinks he is better than World Driving Champion Max Verstappen, which is hilarious, crashed for the second time at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Larson was on just his third lap when he lost the back end of his Arrow McLaren Chevy and pounded the Turn 3 wall and he damaged both the front and rear of the car.
It does appear fixable for qualifying tomorrow.
“I’m OK, yeah, just had a lot of front grip there in three so just kind of felt it come around,” Larson said. “And it comes around quick as it does that. So, yeah, bummer. But I don’t know what it was. In the test I did with the right front, and today I backed it. I’m not too worried about it. I think we’ll be fine.”
