Formula 1 News: Leclerc still fastest in GP of Monaco Practice 2
After turning the fastest lap in Practice 1, Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc again turned the fastest lap of 1m11.355s in Practice 2 of the 20025 GP of Monaco F1 race.

After hitting the barrier and breaking his front nose at Sainte Devote, McLaren driver Oscar Piastri turned the 2nd fastest lap, 0.038s behind Leclerc.
Lewis Hamilton was third in the #44 Ferrari, 0.105s behind his teammate, as the Ferraris are looking strong here.

Lando Norris was 4th in the #4 McLaren, 0.322s behind Piastri.
Liam Lawson was the fastest of the four Red Bull cars, 0.468s behind Leclerc and just ahead of his teammate Isack Hadjar who hit the barriers twice.
The Red Bull ‘A’ team drivers, Max Verstappen and Yuki Tsunoda were 10th and 11th, focussing on race running.
After a strong opening, Red Bull fell backwards in FP2. Neither driver seemed overly comfortable, both picked up traffic and Verstappen ran straight on into an escape road at one point too.
Verstappen has only been on pole here once, but it was a famous one – an incredible lap from the Dutchman. He knows how to make a difference here, so tomorrow is very much a new day.
