IndyCar News: Race Morning Report for the Indianapolis 500

Good morning from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the running of the 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge.

It is early here, but the track is bustling with activity in the darkness.  It is about 55 degrees right now, with temperatures predicted to be around 67 degrees by the start of this infamous race.

It looks like the rain is not in the forecast for this area today, which is good news for Kyle Larson, who is attempting to do the “double” today.  There is probably a stronger chance of rain in Charlotte, North Carolina, than here.
