Autoracing1 spoke with Miles Rowe about the possibility of the rain today. The American was looking forward to getting some practice time in before their qualifying session.

Rowe was very confident that his car was going to be fast this weekend.  Before the rain halted the session, he was the fastest.

Sebastian Murray, driver of the No. 2 Dream Racing Dubai entry for Andretti-Cape Motorsport, will not be racing this weekend.   After a crash at Mid-Ohio with Ricardo Escotto last Sunday, Murray was evaluated and not cleared to drive due to concussion protocol.
