MotoGP News: Bagnaia wins lucky Czech pole at Brno
Ducati ace Marc Marquez was on course to claim pole for the Czech GP at Brno when he crashed in the final sector of his final lap because Johann Zarco fell in front of him. As a result of Marquez falling, Ducati teammate Francesco Bagnaia was gifted the pole after fighting through Qualifying 1.

It seemed like Marquez would secure the 74th pole position of his career as he was almost three tenths up on his final lap, which was more than enough to take pole, but Zarco crashing distracted him, and he too went down.
Afterward, the expression on Marquez’s face was one of a very pissed-off man. You could see in his eyes the runaway points leader will be out to destroy teammate Bagnaia in the Sprint and Feature races.
Fabio Quartararo was third ahead of Marco Bezzecchi and Joan Mir.
