Formula 1 News: Norris tops 2025 Mexico City GP Practice 3
McLaren driver Lando Norris turned a lap of 1m16.633s to top the final practice ahead of the 2025 Mexico City GP Formula 1 race around the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriquez circuit.

The superior McLaren car is much faster than all the other cars, if that pace holds true in qualifying, no one will have a chance in the race on Sunday.
Lewis Hamilton was 2nd fastest in the #44 Ferrari, 0.345s behind Norris.
George Russell was third for Mercedes, 0.512s behind the mighty Norris.
Oscar Piastri in the #81 superior McLaren, could only manage the 4th fastest time, 0.599s behind his teammate.
Kimi Antonelli rounded out the top-5 in the second Mercedes, 0.620s behind Norris.
Max Verstappen was still complaining about lack of grip from both the front and rear tires. They appear to be out to lunch this weekend, 0.639s behind Norris.
So, advantage Norris. He is 14 points behind his teammate in the Championship, but seems comfortably the quicker of the two papaya drivers here so far.
And he’ll be even happier to see his other rival Verstappen struggle there, the Dutchman down in sixth in the end.
Mercedes and Ferrari in the mixture near the front could really throw a spanner in the works though in terms of the title fight.
Take away Norris and Hamilton, and there is one tenth of a second between Russell, Leclerc, Piastri, Verstappen and Antonelli.
Tsunoda is in the mix for the top 10 here as well, as he continues to rediscover his form for Red Bull.
