RLL Additions

IndyCar News: Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing adds staff

Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL) announced today that the team has made some recent additions to their NTT INDYCAR SERIES personnel lineup.

The following have joined the team effective immediately:

Former INDYCAR driver Ryan Briscoe, who won eight series races and a total of 28 podiums during his time with Team Penske, Chip Ganassi Racing and others, has joined RLL as a driver coach for team drivers Graham Rahal, Louis Foster and Mick Schumacher. He most recently operated in a similar role at Prema Racing’s INDYCAR program after having competed for that team early in his career.

In addition, respected engineer Mike Pawlowski has joined the team as Mick Schumacher’s race engineer. His INDYCAR engineering experience spans stints at teams such as Andretti Autosport, Chip Ganassi Racing, A.J. Foyt Racing, and Forsythe Championship Racing, among others. In addition to Briscoe and Pawlowski, several key personnel have been added across the INDYCAR program.

Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing has the foundation, infrastructure and commitment,” said RLL President, Jay Frye. “We have made multiple, impactful strategic additions this off season, the latest being Ryan and Mike as we position our INDYCAR program to compete at a high level on a weekly basis.”

The 2026 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season begins with the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on March 1. The 17-race schedule includes new venues in Arlington, Texas and Markham, Ontario, Canada.
