Additionally, the Lexus brand will be showcased throughout the property in prominent locations including billboards, barrier signs and on virtually all collateral material produced and distributed by Sebring International Raceway. During all annual events taking place at Sebring, the high-performance Lexus RC F will serve as the official event-promotional vehicle.

The 74th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring is held annually on the third Saturday of March, taking place this year on Saturday, March 21. The endurance event is one of North America’s premier automobile races and considered part of sports car racing’s triple crown, joining the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s season-opening Rolex 24 at Daytona and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France.

The 75th running of the great race will be March 20, 2027, and will be celebrated the entire year leading up to the event, with Lexus part of the celebration.

“Through this relationship, we’re adding a partnership with one of the world’s most legendary and popular race tracks, which aligns perfectly with our partnership with one of IMSA racing’s most successful teams – Vasser Sullvan Championship Racing,” said Jeff Bal, director of motorsport, Lexus Racing and Toyota GAZOO Racing. “Lexus has more than 30 dealerships in Florida and with Sebring being centrally located in the state and home to a massive and passionate audience, we will undoubtedly introduce the performance, luxury and reliability of Lexus to a large number of potential owners.”

On track, Lexus partners with Vasser Sullivan Championship Racing to campaign two RC F GT3 entries in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. The No. 14 entry competes in the GTD PRO class with full-time drivers Jack Hawksworth and Ben Barnicoat, joined by full-time IndyCar driver, and Jupiter, Florida, resident, Kyle Kirkwood for select Michelin Endurance Cup races, including Sebring.

The No. 12 Vasser Sullivan team competes in an identically prepared Lexus RC F in the GTD class featuring full-time drivers Aaron Telitz and Benjamin Pedersen, with Frankie Montecalvo joining the team for the five Michelin Endurance Cup events.

Hawksworth, Barnicoat and Kirkwood won the 2024 Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring in the GTD PRO class in the No. 14 Lexus RC F GT3, one of the most significant victories in Lexus GT program history. Prior to their win in the iconic 12-hour event, Lexus and Vasser Sullivan also found the top step of the GTD class podium at Sebring in the July 2020 sprint race at the course with the pairing of Hawksworth and Telitz behind the wheel.

“As one of the world’s most prestigious events, and the longest running sports car race in North America, Sebring International Raceway takes pride in aligning itself with the world’s most prominent and successful brands, and this is certainly true of our new partnership with Lexus,” said Matt Muha, president and general manager of the raceway. “Having the Lexus brand and team associated with Sebring will be a tremendous benefit to not only the raceway but also to our knowledgeable and passionate fan base that thrives on winning and supporting brands committed to their favorite sport and track.”
