2019 Le Mans 24 Hours to utilize Bugatti Circuit only

In a statement released by the ACO today, the 2019 Le Mans 24 Hours will be limited to just the Bugatti layout after a deal was struck with circuit designer Hermann Tilke to build a brand new state-of-the-art permanent circuit for future races held at La Sarthe.

ACO President Pierre Fillon said: “We have so many F1 drivers in the race now, it makes sense to build a circuit similar to what they are used to. It’s going to feature no passing and be a 24-hour parade."
