Skip Barber Racing School to Build First-Ever Racing Resort in Ixtapan de la Sal, Mexico
Skip Barber Racing School (SBRS), widely recognized as the “gateway to motorsports,” has officially signed an agreement with the San Roman family and their investment group to develop and operate a full-service car racing track and karting center in the celebrated resort town of Ixtapan de la Sal, Mexico.
This landmark venture marks SBRS’s first Racing Resort—a visionary project integrating high-performance driving, professional training, and luxury amenities. The new development will reside within Gran Reserva, a generational estate known for attracting global icons and
offering world-famous hot springs, a championship golf course, and an
award-winning spa.
