Lukoil to be Russian GP sponsor

(GMM) Organizers of the Russian grand prix look to have secured a title sponsor for the fourth edition of the Sochi race this year.

Sportbox, a Russian-language media source, claims Organizers have already begun to install the branding of the new title sponsor around the 5.8 kilometer layout, located in the Black Sea resort town.

It is Lukoil, Russia's second-largest oil company, headquartered in Moscow.

Sportbox cautioned that the news is unconfirmed.
