AutoRacing1 is hearing that IMS Radio broadcaster Paul Page may retire after the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 this year. Page, of course, has enjoyed a storied career in both radio and television. He joined the IMS Radio Network in 1977 and was the 'voice of the 500' from 1977-1987.

The popular Indiana native was the lead anchor on CART broadcasts for ABC, ESPN and NBC at various points between 1979-2004.

After a foray into drag car racing from 2006-2012, Page returned to the IMS Radio Network as part of the Indianapolis 500 broadcast team in 2009. In 2014, he took over for Mike King and became the 'voice of the 500' again.
