Nationwide Series: Busch wins Dover 200

Kyle Busch scored his 138th NASCAR in today's Nationwide Series Dover 200.

In dominating fashion, Kyle Busch won the Nationwide Series Dover 200 on Saturday at Dover International Speedway after leading a total of 101 laps out of 200.

This was Busch's fifth win at Dover as well as his fifth Nationwide victory of 2014. Busch also saw Dover's Victory Lane in the spring.

Coming in second to Busch was defending race winner Joey Logano. The polesitter led 95 of the 200 laps.

Points leader and Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender Chase Elliott finished third in the field. Elliott rallied back to the front after he sustained front-end damage when No. 17 Tanner Berryhill and No. 93 Kevin Swindell collided on the frontstretch on Lap 40. Elliott is now 26 points ahead of JR Motorsports teammate Regan Smith in the Nationwide Series standings.

Rookie Chris Buescher and Elliott Sadler rounded out the top-five finishers.

Sprint Cup Series regular Kyle Larson faced trouble on pit road as he accidentally dragged his gas man out of the pit box, receiving a pass-thru penalty. Larson finished sixth.

The Nationwide Series returns to the track for the Kansas Lottery 300 on Saturday, Oct. 4 at 3:30 p.m. ET (ESPN2) at Kansas Speedway.
