Kentucky race to change date

UPDATE A reader writes, For an organization like the IRL located 100 miles from Cincinnati, you would think that they would have a clue as to what goes on in Cincinnati on Labor Day. Labor Day is not a time I would stage a race in Cincinnati (Kentucky Speedway is across the river). They would be up against 50,000 pounds of fireworks that are shot off annually in 30 minutes by WEBN on our riverfront. My guess is 100,000 easy attends. Maybe more. James Barrie
