Toro Rosso STR4 delay?

The Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 team is planning on giving their new STR4 its track debut the following week at the Italian track of Adria, but whether the shakedown will go through is not certain. Although there was no mention as to why that is. An STR spokesperson told 'GPUpdate', "We are planning to give our new car a shakedown next week at Adria, although this is not yet certain."
