Big changes for Force India

Mallya also revealed that "the new technical direction of the team" – believed to be a tie-up with McLaren-Mercedes – will be announced on November 10.

11/05/08 Rumor has it that Force India team boss Vijay Mallya is expected to announce

1. The team will be using an entire drivetrain from McLaren-Mercedes in 2009. We expect that to be announced on Monday.
2. The departure of Colin Kolles, who is understood to be less than popular in Mercedes-Benz circles because of his Audi ties.
3. May fire Mike Gascoyne. Gascoyne has a habit of telling team owners how to run the team yet has a reputation of designing cars that run at the back of the grid.
