Another F1 circuit in Russia emerges

Last week we reported about plans to build an F1 circuit near St. Petersburg (Russia), today it's Moscow's turn to announce their plans with circuit in Wolokolansk, about 50 miles west of Moscow. Hermann Tilke will do the design but the track owners are not yet sure they will apply for a Grand Prix.
