UPDATE The final ratings are in. 3.03 million people watched Saturday night’s NASCAR Cup race race, down 31% from the 4.4 million last year and down 43% from the 5.4 million in 2016.

04/23/18 The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Toyota Owners 400 from Richmond Saturday night garnered a 1.7 overnight TV rating on FOX, down 37% from last year's 2.7 overnight and down 45% 2016's 3.1 rating. The NASCAR tailspin appears to be accelerating.
