According to AutoRacing1.com sources, Champ Car Atlantic champion Raphael Matos will make his Champ Car debut for PKV Racing in the Champ Car season finale in Phoenix on December 2nd. This will give him some seat time for his Champ Car rookie season in 2008, also rumored to be with PKV Racing.
