Spyker Cars, the Dutch producer of fast luxury cars are rumored to have plans to acquire Lotus in a takeover bid. This information is from reliable sources at Spyker Cars. Spyker boss Victor Muller recently had a secret meeting at Lotus in the United Kingdom. With that the door has been opened for further negotiations between the two companies. Muller confirmed the conversations yesterday evening, but denies any agreement had been reached.
