08/03/06 This rumor is upgraded back to 'speculation' today. Sarah Fisher told Dave Calabro on Ch 13 in Indy that she will be in Dreyer & Reinbold car at Kentucky this year.

07/22/06 We are bumping this rumor back down to 'speculation' today. Sarah Fisher had hoped to make her return to Indy-car racing next weekend at Michigan, but she said that's unlikely now. There's no time to test — her last IRL race was a one-off at Indy in 2004 — and she doesn't have the sponsorship money it takes to drive Dreyer & Reinbold Racing's No. 5 car that has rotated between Buddy Lazier and Ryan Briscoe this season. Briscoe crashed the car in Friday's morning practice; the team will use the backup in today's qualifications. Indy Star
07/20/06 We are bumping this rumor up to 'strong' today. According to the Detroit Free Press, Sarah Fisher is set to return to the IndyCar series at MIS in a Dreyer & Reinbold Racing entry.
07/19/06 Rumor has it that Dreyer and Reinbold may put Sarah Fisher in one of their cars before the season ends. Fisher drove for the team from 2002 to 2003. It would make a great story for the IRL – two women against each other, Danica and Sarah, so it makes sense that Tony George could bankroll this.
