NASCAR to slam latest cheaters

Ken Schrader's #21 Wood Brothers Ford had their entire set of seat belts confiscated by NASCAR at Infineon Raceway. Belts are not allowed in use two years after date of manufacture and these were clearly marked May 2004 and on Saturday the #21 team had the steering wheel confiscated by NASCAR. NASCAR mandates that the Steering Wheel spoke must be solid and Schrader's had a total of nine cutouts. Insider Racing News [Editor's Note: Expect penalties to be imposed this week]
