Hoover Orsi to test for PKV

Rumor has it that Brazilian Hoover Orsi, a former Toyota Atlantic winner, is telling people in Brazil that he hopes to test with the PKV Champ Car team in early February. He was hoping to test in December but PKV was testing too many drivers at the time. He says he needs to bring sponsorship in order to land a ride and will probably stay in Brazilian Stock Cars if he can't.
