We ran into former Toyota Atlantic team owner Keith Hylton in Surfers Paradise. He has been at other Champ Car races recently as well. We assumed he might be looking to start an Atlantic's team again but he tells AutoRacing1.com that his goal is to start a Champ Car team in 2007 if he can raise the money.
