Will ISC refund some money?

UPDATE This rumor is upgraded to 'fact' today. There will be a partial refund issued by California Speedway to RV owners because there will be no IRL race. 09/15/05 We wonder if the ISC at Fontana is going to give RV infield reservation holders a partial refund for 2006 as they will not provide an IRL race. RV owners paid in June for the 2006 season for infield RV spots…now they announce no IRL race…hence a one race reduction….they should all get some money back.
