Button on road back to Grove?

The 'BAR saga' has made Jenson Button's return to Williams more likely. Grove technical director Sam Michael didn't quite go that far, but he did admit to having an eye on the Englishman's contract 'option' to remain at BAR in 2006. Button, 25, must race another year at Brackley if he is within 75 per cent of the title leader's points tally in August.

If not, he's Frank Williams' boy. Sam, whose employer gave JB his F1 debut in 2000, told Reuters: ''It's still mathematically possible (for Button to fulfill the requirement). ''It's not something I'm really ready to discuss,'' he added.
