Overheard at Sebring

We hear that the Argentina race will definitely happen but most probably the first race will be March of '06…..RTL5 in Holland will show all Champ Car races live in '05 and Eurosport will also show all races live……Channel Sports Expressen and Eurosport will both show all races live in Sweden to follow Bjorn Wirdheim…All Champ Cars will carry Eurosport logos in '05 and Wirdheim will carry Eurosport sponsorship logos in a bigger way than the other cars with AMR back as the primary sponsor…..Gaston Mazzacane is here but not driving. Look for him back in the car in '06 when the Argentina race is added on the schedule….Champ Car just signed a TV deal in Japan with JSport and in India with Ten Sports. Ten Sports is also in other Asian Countries…..Champ Car will be on TV in China but the station is not known yet. South Korea is in the works….Potential TV viewers for Champ Car in '05 will be 2 billion viewers, double from '04. More later…
