‘Loophole’ still open?

Did an FIA 'clarification' really close the loophole in F1's two-race engine rule? Renault's top engine honcho, Denis Chevrier, doesn't think so. He told a media mob in Malaysia that a driver could still 'deliberately' exploit the clause allowing a new engine to be fitted in the case of a DNF. ''Maybe (the driver) could over-rev an engine,'' said the Frenchman, ''perhaps by spinning. How will the FIA decide?''
