Ecclestone in trouble

F1 politics aside, Bernie Ecclestone is in a spot of trouble. Records at UK Companies House show that Formula One Administration have not yet filed their mandatory accounts. A small fine has already been issued, but 74-year-old Ecclestone could face criminal prosecution if the impasse continues. It is not known whether a link exists between the failure to lodge the documents, and a trio of equity-owning banks' case to wrestle control of Formula One.
