Speed leads opening GRC practice
Scott Speed placed the #41 Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross VW Beetle atop the time sheets in opening Red Bull Global Rallycross Washington DC presented by Volkswagen. Speed's 67.297 mph lap was six-tenths quicker than Chip Ganassi Racing's Jeff Ward and 8 tenths quicker than his teammate Tanner Foust.
Patrik Sandell and Ken Block rounded out the top-five. Full times below.
