That's up +5% over last year's 3.7/9 for the same race. While yesterday's race ranked as the second highest-rated event of the weekend behind ABC's Lakers-Spurs NBA Playoff game (4.6/10) among the metered markets, the STP 400 on FOX may very well surpass the NBA telecast once the national ratings are released on Thursday. Through eight races, NASCAR Sprint Cup Racing on FOX is averaging a 5.0/11 among the metered markets, up +11% over last year's 4.5/9.
