Iowa IndyCar: Franchitti wins Heat 3 and pole
Dario Franchitti passed Marco Andretti on the outside of Turn 4 on Lap 8 and drove away to win Heat 3 and the pole for the Iowa Corn 250 IndyCar race by 1.46s. Helio Castroneves will start 2nd ahead of Marco Andretti, James Hinchcliffe and Ryan Briscoe.
