Bodybuilder Tarso Marques admits to steroid use

The Brazilian Confederation of Motorsport (CBA) confirmed on Thursday (5) that driver Tarso Marques Parana, who raced in Formula 1 and ChampCar, was suspended for two years because of doping when he was found in the last race of the 2009 season of Stock Car Brazil.

Tarsus anabolic use in the last race of the Stock Car Brasil in 2009 and it is forbidden in the Brazilian and world motorsport. The CBA made drug test and tested positive.

"The decision was taken after the process initiated and directed by STJD term testing positive," said the statement from the CBA.

An anabolic is anything that helps protein synthesis in muscle tissue.

Marques and knowing the news did not complain of this suspension and claims he took anabolic steroids.
