Radical Sports Cars join IMSA Lites

An additional class will join the Cooper Tires Prototype Lites Championship at the 2010 Mobil 1 Presents the Grand Prix of Mosport August 28 and 29, as the Radical SR3 and PR6 chassis join Lites 1 and Lites 2 as a third class designation.

The weekend activities for all three classes will include two 30-minute practices, a 30-minute qualifying session and two races, Rounds 10 and 11 of the Cooper Tires Prototype Lites Championship. Round 10 will be a 30-minute event on Saturday, while Round 11 is a 75-minute endurance race requiring the drivers to come into the pit lane for a mandatory pit stop to refuel and take on new tires. The endurance race will take place Sunday just before the American Le Mans Series Presented by Tequila Patr¢n event.
