UPDATE A reminder that Jeff Gordon and his mother will be guests on the Rachael Ray show today.

02/07/09 Four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon and his mother, Carol Bickford, will appear on the “Rachael Ray" show on Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Bickford, who co-authored Pit Stop in a Southern Kitchen: Two Moms of Racing Legends Serve Up Stories and Recipes with Martha Earnhardt, will demonstrate how to prepare her chicken casserole, a recipe found in the new hard-cover cookbook which was released on February 1, 2009. Gordon will be seen “chatting" with Ray about his career, then assisting Bickford and the renown cook and talk-show host with the casserole.
