Rocketsports hopes to get back into racing in 2009

From the team's website: Rocketsports Racing was formed in 1985 and has grown into one of the most diverse and accomplished companies of its kind in North America. While the race team may not be on track in an open-wheel car this season, the company continues a competition base through its current and future customers.

"We are currently exploring various options for the 2009 racing season", said Rocketsports owner Paul Gentilozzi. “We have not taken any opportunity off the table, and hope to make an announcement in the late summer months. Currently, we have refocused our staff on our existing customers. We are also seeking short and long term projects in all areas of motorsports and vehicle performance. As well, we plan to develop products and components for the racing and streetrod aftermarket industry."
