Faced with an increasing number of empty seats for its NASCAR races, Lowe's Speedway's new boss, Marcus Smith, said today at a media luncheon that Lowe's will be lowering tickets prices after years of continual price increases. The NASCAR fans are starting to say "stop raking us over the coals!"
