Overcast skies greeted the Indy Car teams as practice began at noon at the Indy Speedway. Scott Dixon is fastest so far about 10 minutes into the session. A 40% chance of rain is forecast after 2 PM so teams are trying to get as many laps in as possible in case rain hits the speedway again.
