Swintal puts the lights out

Motorsports artist and Champ Car Clerk of the Course Jim Swintal has released his latest print, “Lights Out" featuring the first standing start in series history at Portland International Raceway. With a title inspired by the extinguishing of the four red lights that now begin the race, the print captures the first historic few seconds of a new era in Champ Car racing, as front row starters Justin Wilson and Robert Doornbos lead the field off toward Portland’s infamous festival curves.
