ALMS and Champ Car to go head-to-head

ALMS and Champ Car will go head-to-head on network TV today in the same time slot (dumb, dumb and dumber). The ALMS race from Road America last evening will be tape delayed and broadcast at 2:30 EDT on NBC-TV, with Bill Weber and Wally Dallenbach, Jr. handling the commentary. The Champ Car race will air starting at 3:00 PM EDT live on ABC. With both in the same time slot drawing from the same fan base, both should be assured of a low TV rating.
